Internal Family Systems (IFS) for Couples

IFS couples therapy primarily focuses on the various parts of ourselves that are created through our experiences in life that interact with each other. With this type of therapy we focus on each partners individual triggers and needs that are causing a barrier to communication.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative Therapy creates a perspective shift that allows each partner to see eachother in a different lens. This therapy also empowers each partner to take control over their narrative and gain deeper connection.
