Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy helps you heal and may provide closure to those parts of yourself that have been created through family trauma. IFS helps gather a deeper understanding of yourself as a whole and learn to love each part that has been created to protect you.
