Our Therapies

Gottman Method

Gottman Method is a research backed therapy that ideally helps with relationships that feel like one partner is bossy or the other is “immature” dynamics that are affecting relationships. Such as; ADD, ADHD and Neurodivergent couples and partners.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

EFT helps build emotional security to reduce attachment anxiety. This helps navigate rejection sensitivity which is common in ADHD. In this therapy modality, we will encourage nonjudgmental, clear emotional expression which would benefit those who have difficulty identifying emotions (AKA. alexithymia)

ADHD-Specific Couples Therapy

This style of therapy helps focus on executive functioning challenges, forgetfulness, time blindness and impulsivity that surface in your relationship. We will help create structure, routines and accountability systems without the ADHD partner feel “parented”.
